Nadege Medoit-Jean
Program Director & Co-Owner
Nadege, a graduate from the University of Bridgeport, brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Services and Psychology. With an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Norwalk Community College, she has dedicated over a decade to nurturing young minds in Stamford. As a Head Teacher, her innate ability to connect with children, staff, and parents sets her apart. Beyond her professional role, Nadege cherishes her time with her three children and indulges in artistic pursuits, always believing that every child is a unique gift waiting to be unwrapped.

Marie Merisca St.Juste
Executive Director of Operations & Co-Owner
Marie Merisca St. Juste brings a powerful combination of technology, financial compliance, and operational leadership to Growing Minds Daycare & Learning Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Sacred Heart University and has built an extensive career in the financial services industry, serving in senior compliance roles within a major banking institution. Her background in regulatory oversight, risk management, and data integrity directly shapes how Growing Minds operates. Marie ensures the center maintains strict adherence to all Office of Early Childhood (OEC) regulations, with a proactive focus on safety, accountability, and operational excellence, giving families confidence that their children are in a secure and well-structured environment.
Outside of her professional work, Marie enjoys music, cooking, and spending meaningful time with her family. She remains a strong advocate for every child’s ability to grow, learn, and reach their fullest potential.
