Nadege Medoit-Jean
Program Director & Co-Owner
Nadege, a graduate from the University of Bridgeport, brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Services and Psychology. With an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Norwalk Community College, she has dedicated over a decade to nurturing young minds in Stamford. As a Head Teacher, her innate ability to connect with children, staff, and parents sets her apart. Beyond her professional role, Nadege cherishes her time with her three children and indulges in artistic pursuits, always believing that every child is a unique gift waiting to be unwrapped.

Marie Merisca St.Juste
Executive Director of Operations & Co-Owner
Marie's diverse background, from a Bachelor's in Computer Information System at Sacred Heart University to her extensive experience in the IT sector, showcases her adaptability and drive. Her role in maintaining critical systems in the banking sector has honed her attention to detail. At Growing Minds, Marie's vision is to create a harmonious blend of top-tier daycare services that resonate with the community's needs. Her leadership and creativity are instrumental in shaping the center's ethos. Outside of work, Marie's passions lie in music, cooking, and spending cherished moments with her family, always advocating for every child's right to achieve their utmost potential.

Carolina Trepovich
Assistant Director
Carolina Trepovich is an experienced and passionate teacher with 10 years' experience in her field. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus in early Childhood Education. Her vast experience stems from working in the classroom to managing and directing various daycare centers in Stamford. She has a true passion for working and developing young minds. Helping each child progress in all areas of their development - academic, social, language, and motor skills - is a challenge that she is honored to accept daily. Her goal is to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a fun and safe environment. Besides devoting her time to young bright minds, Carolina enjoys traveling the world- 22 and counting. Experiencing and exploring various countries with their unique cultures is an essential part of who she is as a teacher.
